6. SID is Oracle database unique identifier, if in 1 of your server you have more than 1 oracle database SID is use to identify which database you are try to use.

In this example I name the database edba01 and then click Next to continue.




7. Untick the Configuration Enterprise Manager and click Next to continue




8. SYS and SYSTEM are default orace super user, we tick Use the Same Administrative Password for All Accounts.and click Next to continue.




9. We are using File System to store our datafiles, choose File System and click Next to continue.



10. Choose Use Common Location for All Database Files and fill in /datafiles/edba01
Click Next to continue.



11. Set Flash Recovery Area to /datafiles/edba01/flash_recovery_area and untick Enable Archving. Click Next to continue.
