ORA-15153: cluster is not in the rolling upgrade to string


Cause:


The cluster was not in the rolling upgrade.



Action:


Start the rolling upgrade using the ALTER SYSTEM START ROLLING MIGRATION command from another ASM instance and restart this instance.
