5. Click somewhere in the virtual machine, if you are in the virtual machine session you should see message at the bottom right VMware Console "To release cursor, press Ctrl-Alt"
Once you are inside the machine console Press Enter to continue boot up from the ISO (or CD).
6. Choose skip to skip checking and press Enter to continue.
7. Click Next to continue.
8. Choose English (English) and click Next to continue.
9. Choose U.S. English and click Next to Continue
10. Warning window will pop up click Yes.
