ORA-15333: disk is not visible on client instance
Cause:
An ALTER DISKGROUP ADD DISK statement specified a disk that could not be discovered by all ASM client instances.
Action:
Check the ASM alert logs for more information. Check operating system permissions for the device and the storage subsystem configuration.
