ORA-13445: NULL or invalid NODATA value or value range
Cause:
There was invalid NODATA value or value range in the metadata, or the specified NODATA value or value range was invalid.
Action:
Make sure the NODATA value or value range is not NULL and is completely contained in the range as designated by the cellDepth definition of the specified GeoRaster object.
