ORA-07460: cannot set the RESOURCE_MANAGER_PLAN parameter


Cause:


An attempt was made to internally set the RESOURCE_MANAGER_PLAN parameter, however, this failed because the current RESOURCE_MANAGER_PLAN has the FORCE prefix.



Action:


Remove the FORCE prefix from the RESOURCE_MANAGER_PLAN parameter.
