ORA-16287: operation not permitted due to active apply state
Cause:
An operation was attempted that was not supported while the logical standby database had an active apply state.
Action:
Confirm the procedures used to configure the logical standby database. Procedures which attempt to reconfigure a logical standby database for a new primary database may encounter this error if an error in a preliminary step was encountered.
