ORA-16015: Log string sequence# string was not archived.


Cause:


An attempt was made to archive the named log to a destination, but the operation did not succeed because the destination was not in ARCHIVELOG mode.



Action:


Enable ARCHIVELOG mode at all destinations and retry.
