ORA-15315: Write errors in disk group string could lead to inconsistent ASM metadata.
Cause:
One or more failures occurred while writing ASM metadata to disk.
Action:
Repair the hardware problem and remount the disk group. Check the accompanying errors and alert log for the disks which reported the error.
