ORA-15078: ASM diskgroup was forcibly dismounted


Cause:


The diskgroup to which the I/O request was issued was forcibly dismounted (with the ALTER DISKGROUP DISMOUNT FORCE command) so that it could not be accessed.



Action:


Mount the diskgroup to allow access again.
