Cause:


The index in a partition or subpartition maintenance operation (ALTER INDEX MODIFY [SUBPARTITION|DEFAULT ATTRIBUTES FOR PARTITION] or ALTER INDEX REBUILD SUBPARTITION command must be partitioned by Composite Range method
