ORA-13063: relationship information table is missing data for feature table [string]

Cause:

The topology relationship information table (xxx_RELATION$) did not have the matching partition corresponding to the feature table.


Action:

Make sure the correct topology IDs and names are specified in the call to register the feature table with the topology.
