ORA-12835: No instances are active in the GLOBAL_VIEW_ADMIN_GROUP


Cause:


There must be at least one instance in the GLOBAL_VIEW_ADMIN_GROUP in order to execute a query on global views



Action:


Change the value of GLOBAL_VIEW_ADMIN_GROUP
