ORA-08207: ora_addr: cannot open address file


Cause:


The address file could not be opened.



Action:


Check that ORACLE is up. Check that the file $(ORACLE_HOME)/dbs/sgadef$(ORACLE_SID).dbf exists and has correct permissions.
