ORA-01215: enabled thread string is missing after CREATE CONTROLFILE


Cause:


A CREATE CONTROLFILE statement was given which did not list all the enabled threads for the database.



Action:


Reissue the CREATE CONTROLFILE statement, including all enabled threads.
