ORA-00842: DB_BLOCK_BUFFERS cannot be set with SGA_TARGET or MEMORY_TARGET


Cause:


DB_BLOCK_BUFFERS was incompatible with SGA_TARGET and MEMORY_TARGET.



Action:


Remove the incompatible parameter setting.
