scsi_id return nothing

When we configure ASM devices or to configure some persistent storage, we required to retrieve the device id using SCSI_ID command.

We can use following command to retrieve it

scsi_id -g -s /dev/sda


But before that please ensure that the /etc/scsi_id.config have following configuration

options=-g
